Mare and Tulcea. The situation for each of these other events is as
follows:

Satu Mare county: Event started Sat 16 Dec 2017. Five outbreaks

Tulcea county: Event started Sat 9 Jun 2018. 220 outbreaks (submitted)

event summary and updated map:

Until now, in Romania, ASF had affected only wild boar and domestic
swine in small holdings. However, and as was published in ProMED-mail
posting http://promedmail.org/post/20180704.5887708 on Wed 4 Jul 2018,
Romania reported an outbreak of ASF in a breeding farm in the southern
county of Tulcea. This outbreak was reported to the OIE on Wed 4 Jul
2018 in the follow-up report no. 11. See report at
<http://www.oie.int/wahis_2/public/wahid.php/Reviewreport/Review?page_refer=MapEventSummary&reportid=27128>.
According to the report, (see outbreak no. 22 of the report), the
affected animals included 43 800 susceptible, 8 cases, and 8 deaths.
The actions of culling and disposing of the animals are in progress.
This is a huge operation that has now been affected by ASF.
